EXTREME FINISHES FOR THE OUTDOORS

Dacia has previewed the Extreme trim level on Dacia Spring at the Brussels Motor Show. Henceforth, the brand’s three other models will feature this finish, permanently replacing the SL Extreme on Dacia Jogger and Dacia Duster.
For Dacia the outdoors is a way of life: your outdoor adventures and the discoveries you’ll make behind the wheel can only be envisaged with a robust, hard-wearing companion on wheels. The Extreme finish is as close to the outdoor world as you can get. At first glance, you’ll notice the new Cedar Green for Dacia Stepway, Dacia Jogger and Dacia Duster, and Slate Blue for Dacia Spring. You’ll notice subtle details like the Gloss Black shark antenna and the model name in Copper Brown. This colour is also used for the mirror caps, wheel centres and the Dacia logo on the boot door. Touches of Copper Brown on the fog lamps blend with the Shiny Black alloy wheels.
Inside, the new grey easy-to-clean MicroCloud fabric features on the dashboard for the first time, boasting greater resistance. This velvet-like material complements the Dacia Link emblem on the front seats. Rubber has been chosen for the floor mats – so they can be cleaned quickly and easily. With these cool but essential touches, Dacia supports its customers who enjoy everyday mini-adventures.

Dacia opens a new chapter in its history with a complete new visual identity. We wanted a simple, bold and essential design, in line with the DNA of the brand. NEW VISUAL IDENTITY FOR THE DACIA NETWORK

The Dacia network is changing its look with a new exterior visual identity designed to support the development of the brand and its range of products, while remaining true to its core values of simplicity, sturdiness and frugality. With this striking new visual identity, the brand is enhancing the external visibility and modernity of its network.

The first European dealership to unveil the new Dacia façade is located in the Paris region, in Melun (LS Group). The roll-out of the new exterior signage across the network will start in the spring with the help of European suppliers, who will deliver top-quality service at unbeatable prices for Dacia dealers. The project will continue with the introduction of interior showroom standards, which are currently being defined

• Colors: a new Lichen Khaki shade, inspired by nature, is appearing and is available across the entire range.

THE YOUCLIP REVOLUTION

True to the Dacia spirit, the YouClip system combines simplicity and functionality. It can be used to attach a variety of perfectly calibrated accessories to various strategic locations in the cabin in a robust and secure manner.An ingenious solution that further enhances the practicality and versatility of the brand’s vehicles. Dacia continues to innovate with the presentation of new YouClip accessories inaugurated by Dacia Duster:
– The clever 3-in-1 system combines a cup holder, bag hook and portable lamp.
– A storage pouch and a multimedia tablet holder;
– Four to six integrated mounting points as standard and two additional accessory mounting points that can be attached to the headrest.
Starting with Dacia Duster, all new models in the range will feature this innovative system.

STARKLE®: AN ECOLOGICAL, ROBUST AND ELEGANT MATERIAL

Starkle® is a composite material that allows more recycled plastic to be incorporated into the parts and the exterior of our vehicles. The innovation consists in making the material visible while keeping it durable and attractive!
Starkle® is environmentally friendly, consuming fewer resources and requiring no paint. The material is tangible proof to our customers of our contribution to reducing the carbon footprint. It is immediately recognisable with its star-shaped appearance. Extremely robust, its design meets automotive standards on shock resistance, scratches, and UV ageing, and it also facilitates cleaning.
With Dacia Duster, we are aiming for a recycled plastics rate of as much as 20%. We will be extending our use of the new material to more exterior body parts and future accessories.

DACIA BIGSTER: ESSENTIAL AND COOL

Dacia Bigster, better than a new SUV, an unprecedented offer the likes of which only Dacia can develop. Bigster is the perfect balance of performance, economy and reliability, staying true to its “essential and cool” DNA.

– It impresses with its assertive design and owes its robustness to its modern lines and generous volumes.
– Its use of recycled materials set it apart and it offers a range of electrified powertrains suitable for all uses.
– It reveals an exceptionally spacious interior combined with maximum comfort: panoramic sunroof, generous boot, connected features and YouClip attachment system.

Bigster was launched in January 2025 and is now available in the Dacia network.

Dacia Hipster Concept embodies a cool, minimalist and accessible vision of electric mobility. Designed from a blank page, this 3m vehicle reinvents the everyday car: sturdy, compact and spacious with 4 real seats and a modular boot. It’s made for everyday use, proving just as nimble in town as it is in the countryside; it’s easy to use and packed with clever features. DACIA SPRING

Dacia Spring passes another milestone, taking those qualities that made it a success to the next level, while remaining the most affordable full-electric model on the market.
– Even more attractive than ever with an entirely renewed and more robust design, (see Gallery).
– Yet still as practical with exceptional interior storage space for its segment: 308 litres (1,004 litres with the rear seats folded down). Additional storage (double glove box, door bins, etc.) with an overall volume of nearly 33 litres is also greater than segment standards.
– More versatile than ever with a more accessible 65 hp engine, yet still as efficient thanks to a carefully managed weight (The only full-electric car to weigh less than a tonne !) & an excellent fuel economy on WLTP mixed cycle: 14.6 kWh/100 km (approval pending).
Dacia Spring has received many awards. Its energy efficiency and carbon footprint were particularly praised in 2022 when it was given the maximum 5-star rating from the independent European organisation Green NCAP.

THE DACIA SANDRIDERS – DAKAR 2026

For the second year in a row, Dacia is taking part in the World Rally-Raid Championship as a manufacturer in 2026. The adventure continues for the brand after winning the 48th edition of the Dakar Rally, the most demanding event in international motorsport.

The Dacia Sandriders is made up of four crews with experienced drivers: Sébastien Loeb, Cristina Gutiérrez Herrero, Nasser Al-Attiyah and Lucas Moraes. Inspired by the Manifesto concept car, the Sandrider prototype was designed with the fundamental aim of motorsport in mind: performance for victory.

A robust, outdoor design that can withstand the most demanding terrain (easy access for spare wheels, magnetic bolt plate, more space in the cockpit, forward weight distribution for improved traction, tubular chassis, carbon bodywork, bumpers, reinforced suspension and transmissions). A seamless design that precisely meets the needs of drivers (no decorative parts, forward-sloping floating bonnet, anti-reflective paint, customisable modular dashboard).

An eco-smart approach for more sustainable competition (lightweight body, optimised aerodynamics, sustainable fuel, thermo-management with anti-infrared pigment).

MANIFESTO VOTED “CONCEPT CAR DESIGN OF THE YEAR”

Dacia has started 2024 with a bang. Dacia Manifesto has been voted “Concept Car Design of the Year” by Car Design Review, the leading automotive design website in the UK. The prize is awarded exclusively on votes from car design professionals. This is the first time that Dacia has competed for an award in the highly respected Car Design Review. Dacia Manifesto is designed for outdoor adventure. It is a living lab for applications that are already starting to feature in Dacia vehicles.
Commenting on Dacia’s win, James McLachlan, editor of Car Design News, said: “In the ten years of these awards, Dacia has never previously been a contender for any car category, so to win this year’s Concept Car Design of the Year award is an incredible achievement and shows just how far its design department has come.”

AN ECO-DESIGNED RANGE OF MERCHANDISING

The Dacia range of merchandising includes backpacks, water bottles, caps, and raincoats. Only the essentials to help reconnect with nature, and champion the brand’s values: simplicity, robustness, and authenticity. True to the new brand identity, the range uses recycled materials (raincoats and backpacks made of recycled polyester, caps made of recycled poly-cotton) and sustainable materials (aluminium water bottles). The entire merchandising range is environmentally friendly at every step of the way, from product design to distribution channels. In fact, the collection will be available in dealerships, in a recycled and recyclable cardboard display that already features other merchandising.
